Finally I'm home
It is frigging cold out there today, loved it.
No, seriously. I loved it cold better than hot.
Not so cool with my upset stomach though.

I'll be done with college in 4 weeks.
Can't imagine that I have do it for 3 years!
Gotta miss it when I'm done, although I'm kinda expectant for what's coming next in my life.
I feel like I have to do something already. What's that "something"? I have no idea.
But I'm believing God is before me.

I have had some weird dreams lately.
Not like strange-weird kinda weird... it is just.... weird.
Dreamt on someone who has been absence from my world/dreamland for awhile.
It feels so real that as if it was real (??)
Don't worry, there's nothing kinky.
We were just talking, having a good conversations.

I guess that is it.
When you're getting old, you've not much to say.

今年没回家过年
有点内疚
平时都没有时间陪家人了

现在过年了也不能回家

可能人年级大了会特别想家吧
童年的回忆总在这时候容易涌上心头
想念穿新衣那红包的喜悦
想念那在新鞋里兴奋的跳跃的脚指头
想念和家人一起搓汤圆聊通宵接财神
可惜的是那长长的鞭炮不再响了
(其实也有人偷偷放啦)

昨天打电话回家

很巧的今年除夕他们也是吃火锅

嗯这样听起来是有靠近一点

想念和小学朋友去和喝茶聊起想当年
每每走过家后的那条大垄沟就仿佛看到那个踏脚车不小心掉进去然后给同学看见而给笑到脸黄的自己
很好笑的一个回忆我知道
我也从来没介意过他们每年新年都要拿出来炒冷饭
不过那天的垄沟真的没有鸡屎

想念那叫玲珑的家乡
顾名思义就真的很玲珑
地方没有很大就那条大街和几条广西东南村马来墟山竹园黄泥山
每个人都好像很熟那样的
如果老的一辈不认识你就说你是那个那个长辈的谁谁谁
例如说李美芬家店号是［幸福］她就是［幸福女］；吕威升就是［顺盛仔］咯
他们就会“噢噢～那个哈～”
而且似乎每个人都会有花名／乳名(我那个年代啦，可能现在的不'兴'了)
我就觉得叫花名／乳名比叫真名亲切多了

是我自己太执著沉溺在过去吗
只能说这些回忆是我一直宝贝的
再写我怕我又哭了

So often people complained about their problems instead of praying.
Some problems can be solved by careful thought or by rearranging our priorities.
Some can be solved by discussion and good counsel.
But some problems can be solved only by prayer.

I can totally felt for her when she's talking about how she felt that she's not fulfilling the calling God has for her. The same urge that's in my heart was so strong that my heartache. I can't stop but wondering am I still in the same path that You wanted me to do in the first place all these year.

Anyhow...

It's time to make a determined effort to pray when I feel like complaining because complaining only raises my level of stress.

I filled 6 luggage from living 2.5 year here!

这两天内所发生的事情

终于决定要搬了

同样的事件发生了3次
诡异的是都是同一家房子噢
那朋友在两个月内前前后后问了我3次

到最后当我决定下来了
竟然到她犹豫不决不懂要不要把房子给另外一个人

很想更新我的博很久了，
可是到最后还是被懒虫打败了。

我的7月就围绕在特会，生日，特会。
然后一星期满满的farewell紧接着一星期满满的工作。
再来就是我第三年也是我最后一年的Internship了。

今天是第一天，
其实感觉还蛮紧张的。
不懂到底会是怎样的一年。
虽然我大概知道我会会学习到些什么东西，
以及面对些怎样的挑战，
那感觉就像既期待又怕受伤害般。
总括来说，我还是感到兴奋的！

it's so many thing happened in a month.
both in good and bad.

good was i got my MacBook Pro - finally!!! i believe it is my birthday gift for this year. it IS a miracle for me! thanks kamkam XD

another news is i've decided to do third year, intern with TV. a mixture feelings of excitement and worried. i just reckon third year is necessary for me to grow stronger in term of getting into a ministry. got the chance to talk to the TV dept head and they have requested me to be interned with them.interview would be next week. kinda fast but thank God that things are working out so well.

the not so good things was i can't move to the city for my third year as TV dept are based at hills. kinda disappointed. well, believing God has His great plan for me here at hills.

also there's something tat i don't know how to put them into words. but i'll remember the lesson learned. gotta cherish the people around me from now on. i know i'm not a great communicator. i just don't know how to do phone conversation. oh well.

i think i gonna start to do some object writing. sounds interesting.

watching FIFA now. brasil vs portugal. they gives me a heart attack! i miss those time watching worldcup with my classmates and church friends. here is rather alone. that's one of the reason i wanna move to the city. then i can go anywhere do anything i want more easily.

... C'mon brasil!!! Give us a dramatic ending!!!!!!!

So, this is the 2nd Colour I been too.
Again, very grateful, I'm in the TV team for both conference 1 & 2 [Yay!]
It was very thoughtful of tSeb to put me in Gfx assist for conf 1, so that I can get to sit in for both Opening AND Closing!!

Compare to last year, this conf has been way too relax. But in food vice, it was WAY better than last conf. As usual we get sandwiches/wraps for lunch, however, food voucher has been given for dinner which we can redeemed our meal from Oporto/McD/Subway/Kebab!

And so happened that i get to stay in the city with some newly met friends from the city campus because of early call time. We had great time together - too much chat and too little sleep! So not good. But loving it. Haaa!

Somehow; somewhat;
I felt like I'm belong to TV team.
My heart is there, my passion is there, my dream is there.
Undeniable, to be in WACA is a dream come true;
and nonetheless it is a process to make me realize where my heart really belong.

What you good at + your passion = your ministry.

Notice that my absent in FEB - I was HOME.
I was rather anxious at first because of the negative feedback I have tell college that I'm going home for 2 weeks.
Knowing the risk of I might be stopped at custom and not able to coming back in;
I have make the choice.
Thanks God it turns out all good.
I did went home for CNY and came back safely.

It is crazy how quick time gone by.

2 months' holiday is ended officially. Back to school in Tuesday and I'm kinda looking forward to it. It could be my last semester. I'm so gonna make the most out of it. Who cares what would happen after July! (Oh well, my family cares - DUH!)

Last semester has been relax/easy for me. Still, there's some challenges and struggles. But Lord is faithful. His grace is always sufficient. I'm expectant in what God has for me in this season of my life - 'THE BEST IS YET TO COME'

SO - in 10 days i'll be going HOME! I'm counting down every single day. Although it's just 18 months, but i felt I have been here forever! And... Um.. i gotta lose some weight before I go back..... cos no doubt I'll be gaining weight when I come back :P

和去年圣诞节一样我们又讲话了
去了一个很有圣诞 feel 的圣诞晚餐

就在昨天
那3个台湾人给我回台南去了
爸爸妈妈还有孩子

So,
we have our name changed - for one day (actually more).

The initiate objective is to annoy Yameteh, who now knowns as Desmond Kee for changing his name without our consent. Like, c'mon.. we are a TEAM!

Anyway, it turns out like a "competition" at the end - thanks for coming up with those funny names!

Some are very supportive and starts 'engage' themselves into the movement.
Some without reading my "disclaimer" and asking why am i changing my name.
Some give comments like "I think Grace suit you better".
Some making fun of me saying Samantha sounds like a porn star (!!)
Some wants to annoy me just started to call me Samantha in public.

Just find it interesting seeing people react differently.
If you are lucky, you may have a glimpse of reality.

But what i see is - The Power of Unity.
*Oh well, we applied in a wrong scenario in this case though... kinda ^^"

7 is my favorite number.
Simply because i was born on the seventh day of month of seven.

:: Birthday ::
Housemates "surprise" me @ 12am.. Not really surprise because i heard them walked out the room, knocked on others housemates' door... so... i sort of know it's coming - too smart, i called myself.. hahaha!

They bought me a "Birthday Girl" balloon for me and made me bring it to the conference in the morning or else i have to clean the bathroom for 10 weeks. So i struggled and struggled, I took it with me to the conference.

Thanks to the balloon, the crowd sing me birthday song to embarrass me.

It's just my-thing, i really feel embarrassed whenever people sing me birthday song.

:: Hillsong Conference ::
God is moving in the conference.
I've been rostered on graphics througout the conference in Main Arena.
I'm so blessed that not only i get to watch/during main services in the OB truck, i also get to work with Chris Tomlin, the Passion team + Israel Houghton, the Lakewood team. [ps.Thank God for Graphic... hahaha!]
I'm so blessed to be able to serve with all these mighty people of God.

Craig Groeschel shared a very inspiring story..

A little bird was flying south for the winter.. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.
While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.
The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your
friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep
your mouth shut!

看了一场不在戏院里看的电影。
其实来了这里那么久了都还没进过戏院。
很贵呐　－　１６澳币也。　
爆米花和汽水另计。　

在马来西亚
进电影院对我来说是一种享受。
一手拿着爆米花，一手拿着可口可乐。
那感觉很爽有没有。
只是很多时候没等到电影还开场我就把爆米花吃了一大半。

Had a 2 weeks break @ May
Well... literally speaking, I had 3 weeks!

1. Visitor from Malaysia
A friend from Malaysia came to visit.
To many place we went... well, not like many-many.
But still... we managed to go to the must-go places in Sydney.
Blue mountain was the killer! I mean, really, it kills me - with the killing bush walking.
It wasn't true to called it a bush walking. They sound name it bush running.
Seriously, the tour guide is just like running.. we have no time to look around but to look down to the wet-slippery-muddy path.
And well, the scenery was rewarding. The mountain is foggy and view is just - great! (in case you wondering, I just being sarcastic here)


The Three Sister wasn't really friendly.
They have the steepest cliff in the world - 52 degree.
"It is in the Guinness Record!" says the tour guide, "You have to do it!"
So off we go, having him waving his hand to us, we walk down the killer stairs without him.
I can feel my knee wobbling while I'm walking.


....anyway! We have had a good time.
Maybe the only thing she may regrets is... she never get to see Kangaroo or Koala during this trip to Australia. What. A. Shame! haha


2. Mayday Concert
So, I consider myself lucky.
Was thinking I'm not going to have chance to see their concert in Australia.
They never had a concert held in Australia and this was the first time, ever.


How I wish Ah Lian + LLP + Kaizz were here to watch the concert with me.
Then WE can go crazy all the way.
Mr. Leong doesn't like them. So what I get was having him yawning while they singing "Jump".
Oh well, They were something that have spice up my life a little while I'm here.

The tix wasn't really expensive.. it's only AUD61.90..
Besides I was sitting at the laaaaaaaaaast row [haha]
But still the seat wasn't bad at all.

For very first time, Hillsong has a art festival for Easter.

27 short film has been placed in. I'm one of the 27 :)
5 finalist has been selected. I'm not been selected.
They also selected some non-finalist to put on screen. I feel nervous if they would put mine on. The imperfect cuts. The un-stereo audio. OMG! :P
Thankfully they only show 5 of those.
Peeps, I'm not sad for not being selected. Because I wasn't please with my masterpiece anyway. Too rush in production and the post production because of conferences coming up. Too many talented film makers! It's a very good experience seriously. At least I DID something and approached one step closer to my dream. Maybe I will put on youtube. Who knows. haha!

Many thanks to my wonderful crew and cast - who has made this short film happened.
Special thanks to Kristin, who sat at Michel's with me for weeks to brainstorm the ideas and script. It's such a pleasure to work with you. You're creativity blown me away!

I believe God brought me here in perfect timing for such a time like this. This is the year where the arts has blossom in this church. Speaking not only films, but many other art works such as fine arts, paintings, photography and more.

Well, I was ALWAYS wanted to write all this stuff down. But yet... erm... you know... when u actually facing the computer - you start forget things. The actual purpose of why are you sitting in front of the computer is gone - just like that. And soon you realise you were clicking on some other stuff, like, Twitter (haaaa)! Ok, now I mention it - I got addicted to this new (well, not quite) webbie where to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question - What are you doing. It's kinda IN thing to do in Hillsong church - almost everyone (well, the BIG guns are) has it. For example, you are able to stalk in Ps.Brian & Bobbie (...) hahaha!

He truly shocked me.
I never expect he will appear at my work place with presents.
Well, I kinda thought of that, but it was 50-50 chance that either he going to surprise me,
OR
I'll let myself down for having expectation on that.

It was raining and was about 18°C.
He walked for 3omins from bus stop to drop me the presents,
and walk for another 30mins to get back to the bus stop.

Well, I was kinda laughed by my colleagues.
But I know they were just jealous..
HAHAHA :P

Status: Alone.

Nothing much happening, really.

Went for reunion dinner with the boss and colleagues. It was good. Really appreciate that at least he put up something for us and make us feel home.

Head to city after the dinner to meet Joseph. He has reunion dinner with his housemates and he got his very first angpao (!!). Aus10. I have none, yet.

Nothing much. Walk around the city. There's lion dance and fire crackers on the stress. I'm completely pumped. Finally there's something feel like CNY here.

Walked to China Town. Quiet. For sure, it's 130 in the morning. Called home. Talked to everyone. Miss them so much. Really want to go back for CNY next year.

Got a place to stay over. AUD65 a night. Single room. Don't feel like sharing with others in backpacker. Just don't feel safe since I've bring the laptop with me. Just thought it's cheaper to call home by using Skype. End up calling by mobile anyways.

Time to sleep. New year. New hope. Officially one year older. How about that.

说起来我真的超久没住过一顿正式的住家饭吼
我还以为放假了会有多些时间出来在家住住什么的
那里知道，都一直在吃餐厅拿回来的剩饭剩菜
嗯，我现在嘛，在吃寿司。
边吃边写 - 一个字 - 爽！

其实这家餐厅说是一家日本餐厅
但是里面是一个日本人都没有
韩国厨师倒是有一个，就负责做寿司的
热食的全部都是中国人
老板是香港人

有些顾客有的没的就跟你来一句日文
有时还没回过神来还以为他跟我说哪国的话了
有些甚至会问一些看是很有学问但是让你留下3条黑线的问题
最无哩头的就非印度人莫属了
“阿请问你们这里有咖喱炒饭吗？”
哇勒~ 要吃咖喱去吃印度餐呗

说到吃的，不能不说这个故事了
事情发生在几个月前，话说我那天很想很想吃Nasi Lemak
我看准了那里有一间叫Enak的摊位想说啊这次有好吃的了
Enak耶！多么马来的一间店名阿，有没有
就在我要点餐的时候 - 真相让我崩溃了
我问那服务员说，阿你们的Nasi Lemak有些什么的
他说有炸鸡阿，青瓜阿，炒花生阿，蛋阿，Sambal阿.....
大家一定在想“哇~sambal都叫得出来，一定很正统的了”
错了错了错了！！！！！！！
他竟然在后面给我加了一句“STEAM RICE”
你没听错 --- 是 STEAM RICE！！！
妈啊哥啊姐啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
你到底知不知道Nasi Lemak 是什么意思阿你？！
顾名思义就是用Lemak煮的Nasi啊！！
你还给我Enak个屁吼！
用Steam Rice 你给我叫炸鸡辣椒饭就好啦
还给我Nasi Lemak咧你
生气啊！
结果还是跑去吃快餐去了
我干吗花那么多钱吃你那个没有椰浆的椰浆饭啊~ 不爽啊！

接下来我要说的这个跟吃的没关系
……阿也有少少啦……她家里开餐馆的（哈哈）
就和这个小学同班同学在MSN聊起说另外一个同学回家当CEO去了
后来看她的博她也提到说要回去当个幸福的CEO
其实有时候在外面闯累了
我也有想过如果回去明昌当CEO也不错的吼
再不然回去种菜也好的……听说割胶也很好赚的……
谁说简简单单平平凡凡就不快乐不伟大呢

只是有些路一旦走上了就不能回头了
只能硬着头皮死死给他走下去

It has been - officially - 6 months, I'm here in this kangaroo land.

2008 is a year filled with God's favor and blessing.
So many dreams has come to pass.
I'm overwhelm when come to counting God's blessing upon me throughout the year.

One of my dreams on is to watch the bridge fireworks
I still remember I blaming Leong Kam Kam on the last day of 2007 that WHEN will I have the chance.........

It's MASSIVE!! The most amazing fireworks I ever seen, so far.
Very impressive.

I haven't really set my goals for 2009.
But the very first I can think of now is -

To find confident in things that I think should and right to do.
Especially when come to decision making and speak up for opinions.
There has been ages I felt uncomfortable when there's a need a speak up and end up gulp the words all back in. Maybe I should first feel I AM confident, after all :)

Well, will sit down and really think what's the goals I'm want to achieve on 2009 and post it up - as a reminder for myself.

Have you ever wake up with weird feeling?

It's hard to believe it's already end of November! And indeed, this is the most exciting month since I'm ever here in Australia.

28th Nov - House/ Bondi

Just had my very first thanksgiving dinner with the girls. It was amazing! We talked about lotsa stuff - from what we've had changed since we are here to what are we going to be like in 5 years to when last God is spoken to you, etc. It was absolutely profound moments and I enjoyed the "family-time" a lot.

Went to Bondi beach with asian friends this morning. We climb the cliff and took lots of pictures like the crazy tourists =P We don't get to go to the beach though cos it was raining..no, it's puoring!! Thank God I brought my little red umbrella - where i was been claimed not-a-women-of-faith earlier by bringing it - But anyhow I'm glad I did, at least I don't get soaked like others does.

I've learned something today - We have been taught to listen to the right voice, but somehow I find it hard especially when people around you are speaking the bad's. But it's totally depends on how you going to react and say no to the negative voice from others.

27th Nov - Sydney Convention Center

It's grad dinner （well，i'm not graduating, yet :P) So, we got to dress up and have a little prom night. It was so much fun. The food was so damn good! ..although there's something went wrong with our table that the main course start super duber late - when everybody is about to have their dessert and some of us still waiting for the main course - that's how bad it is! Anyway, besides that, it's all good. We have a little dance session, what I can say is just I had so much fun. And we took lotsa pictures, some of them are graduating and leaving Australia for good. Geez, i just can't believe how fast time travels! The most regretful thing of the night is ------------ I didn't get to take pictures with ps.Brian and Bobbie Houston & Rueben Morgan!!!!! I thought I gonna to have chance to take with them some other time since I'm not leaving Australis yet - but I just realise how stupid I was to not taking pictures with them - cos yesterday night would be the golden opportunity to take picture without feeling awkward at all (if compare seeing them in church, or conference, or backstage)!!

24th Nov - Kellyville

Starts my new job - cleaning the house!! Woohooo!!! How exciting is it - not..hehe.. but they pay is not bad - $50 for 4 hours cleaning. I suppose to be there before 10am and when I got to the bus stop, I just realised that the bus is actually coming at 10:05am ==" I'm going to be so late! Then I decided to walk 30mins to another bus stop which I know there will be have more bus going to that place. I got into the bus by 9:40 - praise the Lord!! But I missed the stop and the bus take me to another place where I need to walk another 30mins to get to the house I about to clean. And I got attacked by a bird (yes, a BIRD) on the way walking to the house. Ahhhh~~~ How great is that! One word - Nice!

23th Nov - Home(sick)

It's my Uncle wedding in Indonesia. I'm so sad that I have to miss it :( I really wish I were there spending time with my family...sob sob.. kinda home sick lately.

20th Nov - Parteeeeey

Last day of tutorial. Oh well, it doesn't like a tutorial anymore, anyways.. we have had a party instead.. hahaha! We have the secret angels pressie exchange thingy going on. So we all bought a $5 gift to exchange with someone - and they have a rule that we are actually can steal other's gift of we don't like ours. There's a guy bought a $25 DVD - all wanted it! And finally I got it - it has been stole from many people and finally I got it...hahaha... Some of them must be hated me. But who cares, somebody gotto steal it anyways :P Well, The DVD comes with a book and I give it back to the guy who bought the gift.

19th Nov - Pancakes on the Rock

Housemates day out!! Woot Woot :P We went to this panceke house in Parramatta. We all dreassed up like we are having a semi-formal dinner. For real, this is our first time going out for dinner all together. I shared Pizza and Blackforest Pancakes with Sophie. It was so the very GOOD! esp the pancekes... yum!!

And then there's something "memorable" thing happened - Kristin forgot to turn off the car head light and the battery is flat that she couldn't start her engine. We - wearing heels - pushing the car to another end to get the battary from Katelyn's car. There's some guys come around and ask how's thing going and we totally think that they are going to help. But heck no! They just came and leave us - 8 girls - standing in a petrol station all by ourselves. How's that? Aussie guys just not helpful at all >.< class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">fbook, then you should have a good laugh in how we hilarious we were.

12th Nov - Lili & Katie's farewell

One word - FUN.. Ok, three words - FUN + GOOD FOOD :P It's like a asian gathering. They cooked phenomenal indonesia food and it was really yummy. After the dinner, we sang karaoke - with lili playing the piano. We choose those songs that has translated in many languages and sang in our own language - e.g. Shout to the Lord. I think we are shouting rather than singing though.. hahaha.. and the funniest thing is all those who gone crazy singing are all NONE vocal student! The vocal students are all sitting aside and watching us - pastoral, TV & children ministry students singing like cow! Well, what can I say, we just beat the vocal students.. hahaha ：P

2nd Nov - Darling Harbour

It's 25th Anniversary of Hillsong church and we have this humongous event going on at the Darling Harbour! They have a floating stage on the water and having a church service there - how COOL is that. You see thousands of people gather together worshipping God at the heart of the city. We praise and worship right besides the harbour. Man.. that was really phenomenal!!

都快夏天了，可天气还是很不稳定。
时冷时热的，我的心情也跟着上上下下。

这个月发生了很多事情 - 很多值得纪念和写下来的事情。
可能今晚放工了就要从11月2 号开始写了……哈哈哈

有时候，我真的很想家。
有时候，我还是会怀疑我到底有没有做错了决定。
有时候，我还是会忍不住地比较。
有时候，我很想就这样放弃了。
有时候，我还是觉得平平凡凡的不是也很好吗。

嗯……难道这就是要步入中年的预兆？！？！

I believe God is my provider and I'm just going to trust Him.

Will be going to Tassie with Renee this coming Friday and back by Monday for Stuat engagement party.
I'm exciting about going back to the good old Tassie and get to meet some old pals.
The van Steenis is just like my another family.
Salamanca Market, Mt. Willington, Scallop Pies, Little Italy...
so many good old memory!!
Ah~~ Can't wait!!

Life here is very very very very the busy... Believe me (at least try to..ok? Haha)
And now allow me to update you what had happening for the last few weeks..Ok..We are talking about MONTH here ^^"

It's 2nd month of the Spring now. Today is 34 Celsius - almost same as in Malaysia..Deng it!! Well, the weather here is pretty much unpredictable..Tomorrow it down to 25 Celsius and predicted to have thunderstorm. I bought myself a red umbrella for my way to College - I just can't take it to walk under the sun for 30mins. And those ang-mo look at me like one kind - they can't wait to get tanned and they will never understand I have had too much sun for almost 27yrs in my life!

Last Monday we had a location shoot for a Kid Album MV on a beach and I got my arms tanned (you can't use umbrella on the beach, right?). It 's also my first time to the beach since I got here. The water is super clear and I love the fact that the sincery here is hold ur breath. Anyway the shoot was fun, and lotsa hard work too - like walking on the sands =P

There will have Kid Fest coming up next week. Will record some of Kid Album at the same time I reckon. And I'm on crew!! Can't wait.... as long as they don't put me on Camera 1 assistant again >.<>

The video editing class is finished and now we have Monday off..Yeah..But it seems like I never had anyway T___T too many thing to be done. There's heaps of never ending assessment due almost every week so I'll have my week quite packed. Anyways, suppose to start doing my assessment but end up blogging.. hehehe..

I now work in a Jap restaurant every Friday and Saturday, 18hour a week . Quite an experience since I never really do waitressing before. Anyway, thank God for the job that I able to pay my rent.

As to feed everyone interest - Yes, Leong Kam Kam is here. He has got a job in optical shop the first week he got here.. with kinda good pay also. Blessed!!! We hang out twice a week since I have class during weekdays and he is in the he live in the city and I am up the Hills (FYI, Hills is away from city 30mins drive, 1.5hour by public transport). He live in backpacker apparently and having fun sharing room with 20+ppl in a room (No worries, it's a BIG room!! I didn't torture nor bully him >.<)

I'll visiting Tassie again on the 17th this month for Stuart engagement party and will be back on 20th. Going to meet the old friends and most importantly able to visit the place that always has my heart on. So excited!!!!!!! Baahahaha!!!

We'll have Day Light Saving starts this Saturday. Meaning from Saturday onwards, we are 3 hours ahead of Malaysia instead of 2 hours..which also means LESS one hour sleep!!!!! Huhuhuhuhu T____T Who come up with those thing one har....!@#$%^&*()

Ok la, I think that's all.
Should really go back to my assessment. Need to finish 3 before I leaving to Tassie coz they due on 13th, 17th and 20th T____T Wish me luck!

Last day of Winter!!!

Yeah!!!!!! Winter is comes to an end!!
Expecting warm and nice weather tomorrow onwards :)
Again, I was busy with college and assessment.
But I really enjoy the life here - busy but fruitful.

1. College
I got the chance to do the Camera 5 for the on yesterday night service!!
I was nervous but thank God that we went through the lesson on how to handle the camera last Monday (pheeeew!)
It turned out quite good where I managed to give the shots of what director wants.
It was really fun after all.

2. Malaysian Festival turn DOULOS
Today I went to the city for a Malaysian Festival with friends and I expecting to get some Malaysian food like nasi lemak ah, roti canai ah, teh tarik ah.. cincai lah whatever I can get!!
However.... :(
We didn't managed to get there (bcos of... you-know-what-reason >.<) but went to this DOULOS - a library on a ship! Well, the ship itself is pretty impressive. Was wanted to visit when I still in Malaysia but never get the chance. Now I did not plan but went eventually without knowing it.
I was sooooooooooooo hungry cos I just ate 5 little piece of cookies before I took off
(Cos I was expecting to eat in the festival T___T)
And what I remember is walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk =="
Then we have to be back for church before 630.
Everything is so rush.
We walk really fast and I think I'm really getting into it :P
Anyway, we were late.
We missed the P&W but thanks God we didn't miss the LIVE part.
It was so so good.. so so so so good!!!

3. Pray for the Nation with NLRC Youth
It was great pleasure to have the chance to pray with the youths back home.
What an experience - we are getting high-tech-ed!! Haha
Guys, just want you all to know that I really miss you all here.
And I'm so proud of each and everyone of you :)

4. Goodbye my beloved Ex-colleagues
Last Friday was the last day for Lee Pheng & I-Lin in EM
I'm sure Michelle will miss us (yes, is US) so much!! hehe
We used to have so much fun... aiks... miss them lah >.<
Who's going to sing (shout) Mayday with me in the Karaoke??!
Who can I practice my bombastic-skill in the future??!
They have being such a blessing in my life.

I've been told we will get our hands on the machines.
But, I didn't expect that they will just throw me on right away =="

Another most frustrated thing I've ever done - editing with Final Cut Pro >.<
We are learning how to edit on multicam.
Thank God the teacher is an expert on this,
just that he teaching a little too fast @@

- Chroma Key Church News Editing -
Learning how to use chroma key.
It was... fun...
(except for the fact that information-overloading)

Today, they allocated me to be the cameraman >.<
Another disaster T___T
I was suppose to take the shots of the speaker, meaning I have to follow his leading.
Being a first timer, I've no idea how the "camera-momentum" would like
The camera is so stiff, that I barely move it smoothly!!!
(or my hands are just kinda "malfunction")
What I heard is "head room! head room!"
And if you look on the screen, my lead is just bumpy here and there.
However, the director is kind enough to say
"Cam 2, you are doing great job!"
..where I know I'm not >.<
It has been very encouraging though

八月的中国强起来了

终于
奥运开始了
昨晚和Housemate们一齐看了开幕礼
我们轮流为自己的国家欢呼尖叫
上次的奥运我也是在澳洲，不同城市而已
这次的开幕礼还真震撼的
特别在那五个圆圈吊上来的时候
还有仙女/精灵/美人鱼 (==") 在那里游来游去做背景
张艺谋就是张艺谋

整个流程还带出了中国5000年的历史
他们还边看边问的
只不过我对中国历史的认识就实在……太好了 =="
只能有的没的解释（应酬）一下
到了国家队出场的时候我才“真正”派上用场
因为出场次序是着笔画走的
而我就得帮她们国家名字算笔画
然后顺序的告诉她们国家什么时候出场
马来西亚，加拿大，尼泊尔，英国，美国，挪威
到了点火仪式也很经典的
凌空跑也~ 开玩笑！
中国人，你们很强o厚

其实
身为华人的我也感到一点点的自豪了

还有值得一提的应该是那些烟花了吧
很大很多很美很耀眼
可是心里还是忍不住的暗想
“哇靠~ 不懂又烧了多少钱了……”

学校还真忙的
才正式上课一个星期
而下星期一就有assignment要交了
做我倒是做完了

但是又有点不好意思

我预测接下来的周末会比那一天都忙

Christmas in July

Finally the classes started.
Guess what, we only have 11 person in this intake whereas last intake is only 12 person.
We'll have class together for this semester, so the class will have 23 people.
But it's good lah, cos the class is small we get to get more closer.
And God is so good to us who came for the 2nd semester. Cos those January intake students hasn't had their Intro to TV Media until we came in.
hehehe

During the weekend, I went to a Asian extension of Hillsong in another town.
And guess what, they are celebrating Christmas!!
I'm not kidding, is CHRISTMAS!!!
They called it Christmas in July :)
so that we would have Christmas in winter.
So we decorated the hall with Christmas tree and all.

I met a lot of migrated Malaysians there.
Most of the youngsters I met are born and raise up here.
I'm so glad I went so I would have this opportunity to meet a bunch of nice people who makes me really feel like HOME.

How could we celebrating Christmas without BIG meal?!?

So here we go, we have roasted pork (oh~~ heaven~~~~)

And beef, chicken, pasta, salad, sushi, blah blah blah
and nevertheless DESSERTS!!
I enjoyed the meal so so much, and get to chat with lotsa great people.

The service starts right after the dinner.
It was a great one, great worship, great message.
They sang Christmas songs too.
It was fun... imagine, we sang "We Wish You a Merry Christmas"
Well, that is totally fine... not until the last phrase
"and a HAPPY NEW YEAR~~"
..while we all know it's only July ==
Hilarious!!

After the service, we get to mingle around and help on packing and stuff.
Then we went to one of the girl house to watch Movie.
Her house is so so BIG.
I mean it, SO SO BIG!!
They even have their mini cinema in the basement.
We watched Wedding Planner and we had so much dun together.

Although I don't know where will I be allocate to serve during weekend
(but i pretty sure would be in the main hall since they not enough people doing media)
But I'll definitely visit that church again in the future.

What a FUN enrollment day

It is the enrollment day! *YaY*
We leave home like 830 or so in the morning as we need to get to the church by 9am.
As usual, the girls are walking fast so I'm sort of left behind :P I try to walk faster.. but erm.. my feet are painful cos I was wearing the wrong shoes yesterday as I don't know got to walk A LOT >.<
So anyway, it's good to walk a little bit behind, so I got some time to pray for the day :)

We were late anyway. It's already started when we arrived.
Anyway, we didn't miss a lot though.
The enrollment went really well.
We've got our personal details updated, photo taken, student ID done and meet awesome peoples somewhere along the line.

Guess what, I finally found someone who can speaks Cantonese with me!!
My oh My~ Thank you Lord Jesus!! XD
She's Chinese from China, somewhere near to GuangDong.
So it was really great meeting her.
I also met a Malaysian girl and we found out there's only two of us are from Malaysia.
Then I get to met some Indon, Japanese and Korean.
Most of them are doing Pastoral and Worship.

:: Lunch - OZ style BBQ ::

There is lunch provided by the college. I ate 3 sausages - well, it's free, and I'm freezing cold and it makes me hungry ==" It was really nice, indeed.

Okay, here the fun part goes.
After the lunch,
the chinese girl (from China) invite us (Asians) to go to her house for a little gathering.
She is doing pastoral 2nd semester. She just thought it may be helpful for those who are new to the church, especially we asians tend to get very shy when come to making new friends.
So, we went. I though that would be me and another 3 girls who are going. And guess what...more and more people just turn up. Most of them are Korean.
We had coffee and hang out a bit to get to know each other.
We get to play some card games like Snap.. and a sophisticated Snap (this is really a FUN one, I should teach you guys how to play it one day!) and of cos some other games which I don't remember their names. We had soooooooooo much fun.

Actually, there are two aussie turned up. One girl and one boy.
They are asian too but both born in Australia.
The girl was telling us that even she is born and raise in Australia but somehow she just doesn't click with the angmos =="
We are sort of having the same problem which is - we have no common topic to talk with the angmos. And she is much more comfy when hang out with asians.
I am really surprised.

Well, anyway..it's time for bed.
Class at 9am tomorrow =="
I felt so blessed by the Lord that He brought all these great people into my life.
And I really had FUN.

Orientation

Oh yes, finally the school get started. Has been wandering around for the past week. So it's good to get things started after all.

I'm nervous to the maxxxxxxxxxxxxxx the day before that I couldn't really sleep well. I woke up at 430 and 530 to check on the clock. Silly.. I know, but I'm just got nervous. Can't wait to meet a lot of new people, and hopefully someone doing the same course as mine.

So I manage to get up on 630, get shower and ready to go on the 8am. The orientation starts at 830. It's about 25mins walk from home to the college, so it's not so bad, except the roundabout. It is so many cars, and it is a nightmare crossing it! Also, I find my housemates are all walking so-the-super fast (or it's either I walking too slow, or I'm old T___T) So I was like always get behind. I blame it to the car - cos I so used to drive but not walk, and now my legs are like not functioning anymore! Yeah, must be the car!!! :P

So we got to church on time. We have worship before we started the orientation (of cos, that's a bible college, harlo~). Then the principle came and shared about sowing encouragement. There's a line, he says "The accents doesn't make you a foreigner here, your attitude might". I find it very encouraging, because I'm sort of having this problem, as in being a foreigner and english is only my second language. Can't be denied, I have great housemates, they are all friendly and kind. I really thank God for that. It's just that I find it hard to communicate sometimes. It's like we have no common topic to chat about. Maybe I'm just too shy especially meeting someone new （Oh yes, those who are laughing, I AM a quiet and shy person, OK!) and have no confident in communicate in english. But well, I'm telling myself that this is only the start and I believe I'll become braver and braver in following months. Let's really pray for that, shall we.

Then after his preaching, we have a little tea break. There we get to meet lotsa new peoples from all over the place. We got free college T-shirt and a sling bag, which are really cool. Then we have this very BIG muffin, even I can't finished it (ask you scared or not)! There's not much asian there though. Most of them are from America and Canada, HEAPS! I met one malaysia who doing children ministry, a Japanese who doing worship, 2 Korean who doing Pastoral.

The we back to the hall and start another section which talks about the rules and regulations. The rules are kinda good.. i mean.. yeah, good.. like no alcohol and no DATING during this 12 months you are in college; come as one piece go back in one piece (meaning no TATTOO or piercing), etc. They also shared about student attitudes of excellence and blah blah blah. It was exciting and yet tiring because have too much information. Anyway, the orientation ended at about 2pm.

Tomorrow will be the enrollment day for the new student at 9am. I think I'm better signing off here.. So peace yo!! ;P

The 2nd Day

:: The street ::

I just decided to go for a walk on the second day. And guess what, I met this two old lady on the bus. They was like asking me whether I'm going to this new shopping centre cos they aren't quite sure they were getting the right bus. For being the first timer, I just answered them "I don't know either.. but I'm heading to the same place." So anyway, we were in the right bus and it brings us the the shopping mall than we wanted to go. When I got off from the bus, they stopped me and asked whether I'm alone and invite me to join them. Well, knowing me of don't know how to reject people (ha ha!) especially they are old - one is at her 60 and another 80. (Yea... I know... )

So, we have each other company and they are really such a kind person to meet with. But there's something very strange I found - both of them are talking in Mandarin, but while talking to me, the channel automatically change to english even though I told them I speaks Chinese too T___T Anyway... we walk abit and trying to get home before sunset which is 5pm. We exhcnaged the numbers before we get moving, then suddenly they pop out with a question asking what am I doing tomorrow, and I just say I might be going to the city and check out abit. They say that's cool and for being polite, I asked whether they want to come along and they just answer "SURE" (=.=") Yea... I know.. I'm good at people, don't I?! LOL

So, "tomorrow" (the 3rd day) we are going to the Opera House!

Then, we have lunch in a restaurant just beside the Opera House. And they are vegetarian, so we had just vegies and tofu and it cost us AUD26 per person T___T Mamamia~ I want to cry liao~~

Hello Sydney

:: Good Morning Sydney ::

After a long exhausted flight, I arrived Sydney at 7 am 7 Celsius. It's cold indeed but I love the weather.

There is someone picking me up from the airport to the Hillsong.A fter the registration and all they bring me to the house i rented at AUD123 per week. God has been sooooooooooooo great to me - they placed me in a fully furnished house with mattress, pillow, fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD player, sofa, internet access(!!)...etc. OMG~ I'm so blessed.

:: here's the house I live in ::

There's 7 of us in the house and I'll be sharing a room with a girl from US who is doing Worship. Didn't get to meet my roommate yet though. Actually, besides the girl who bought me in this morning, i do not even meet any of my housemates yet. They are actually going to the Hillsong conference at the Super Dorm. I wanted to go but the tickets are all sold out... so I might as well just stay home and get some rest.

There are 2 person came and brought me to go shopping. So I have got my bank account done, mobile activated, shop for some groceries and got home before 130pm Australian time. Pretty efficient hey! Don't play play ah :P Was wanted to take some pictures around the house but I just got lazy..hehe.. so maybe few days later when my mood is up :D haaa!

By the way, it's only 630 now and guess what... the sky is already dark like 9pm in malaysia =.=" Sunset begin at around 4pm.. it's crazy!! Although it's not the first time I notice about it, it's just that.. I do not know what can I do in this hour with sky is already dark. Sleep? Na.. too early.. Going out? Na... it's dark out there. (Oh yes, it's a very quiet place I'm staying in!) Somehow I wish I live in the city, then at least I can go out by myself to walk around and see some stuff. But the place I stay now about 30mins drive from city but it's near to the Hillsong College with about 20mins walk. And so... here I am, end up internet-ing XD

I think I better get myself a hot shower and sleep at 7pm Australian time 5pm Malaysia time! WOW~ that's awesome! The earliest bed time I could never ever have!

Last Day at Work [Supposingly]

Well, I said, today supposingly my last day of work.
And know what happened? I just had a super duper "shui-est" (unlucky) day ever!!!

1. When I got in to the office only I realized - I forgot to bring back the laptop. And so I may need to come back to office again tomorrow. (Maybe God knows I'll missing my colleagues sooooooooooooooo-very-the-much, and He give me a chance to work with them again one more day!)

2. I found out the "LUPID" (not very nice to use the word stupid) Kaizz rejected Jimz to keep the Mayday DV tape and the tape now is being recycle. LUPID la you kaizz >.< (Maybe God wants me to less crazy about MY Ashin hor... wuwuwuwu!)

3. We went to eat Ah-Kuan fish ball noodles, don't know who so smart put our fried-fu-jok mix with the soup!! Walao eh... eat also not syiok already loh like that!! (Maybe God knows I got sore throat so He make the guy so "smart"!)

4. I found a FULLY BOILED fly at the bottom of my winter melon tea! Where the most classic moment was, we try to talk to the guy who sent us the drink and he tease us back, saying "Maybe then fly har fly into your drinks during you all talking talking here leh... You not believe har, you go upstairs and see how we make la.. no flies there one leh!" Walao eh! He is now dead if I have a gun!! (Maybe God knows I having constipation lately huh....)

5. As a result of 4., I sh*t like whenever I want to p*e.... (WOW... and my constipation healed! Praise the Lord!)

6. Went dinner with Sheryl, Angie and Wai Wai @ BBQ Plaza. Things are going all well until I got home - I realizes I have locked myself out of the and there's NO ONE HOME (T___T) My keys are in my car, where my car is with my brothers! And so, I waited for KamKam at Angie's home. (Har~~ this one I know! God is giving me chance to spend more time with Angie~)

What a day, right. I'm indeed emotionally exhausted and keep thinking why is this happened to me!?! What did I do wrong and deserve this!?! This is no Friday on 13th but Monday on 30th, how could I being so unlucky.

But somehow, I manage to think it over in a positive way (those line in yellow). Although they may seems unluckily but they could be can be a blessing to me. It's very much depends how you look at things. Oh well, at least there's ONE thing I really happy about - I HAVE GOT MY DELL LAPPIE!! *yay*

I've been drown by farewell meet up this few days. I really appreciated what my friends did for me and I cherish every moment spent with you all. Thank you all for caring and allocated your precious time spend with me and listen to my stupid jokes. And I find it "interesting" for everyone (almost!) is asking me the same question of whether he, my boyfriend, is going with me or not. The answer is NO! He will go later end of august. So, YES, again I'm going ALONE!

In 21 days, I'm leaving my home country and heading to another country to pursue my dream that was once (and still) I wanted so badly. It was supposed the happiest and exciting thing could have happened to me, and yet I have to admit - I'm nervous and feeling insecure. My friend just asked me don't be so dramatic. But to be honest, I really very very very very nervous rather excited!! I know you may have said "Come on, this is not the first time you going alone what... Years ago you were going Tasmania all alone also what.. what's the problem now?"

I don't know why would I felt so. Maybe I'm just used to have someone beside me for all this years. Someone who I was once can depends on, to lean on. I just don't want to accept the fact that I have to face all the coming challenges ahead all by myself. Enough said :P

Well, maybe things hasn't been so bad for me. I believe God has His best timing for everything, and He is in control. So why my heart shall worried.

It has been ages I didn't write blog in English.
Just simply thought that it would be more "express-able" by using Chinese.
Somehow I realized my English is getting rusty, so I might as well need to sharpen it a little bit from now on before I head to Aussie... (oh yeah baby!)

Been counting down the time, 29 days and I'll be off to Aussie. Excited and yet nervous. Once again I'm going all by myself and alone. It's less than a month and I still yet not found the accommodation =.=" Trying to reach them to get in to the college hostel, but no news from them yet. [Oh God, touch them now and get them to contact me asap, thank You Lord!A~men~~]

在重重的打击下我也真的醒了。

下个月，我就会去到另一个国家念神学与进修电视媒体系。
而心里也其实在盘算着在那里发展。

没想到，人算不如天算 = =”
在特会中神向我说话了...

心里在挣扎 “真的吗…………”
神曾问我：“如果到最后我要你回来，你会顺服吗？” 我说这个当然会啊！
口里虽然这么说，心里却在想 “最好就不要啦……”
我愚昧的以为可以把神瞒过去了。

曾经我想，要在马来西亚建一个基督媒体平台是一件看来没什么可能的事。
一切关于宗教的节目（除回教外）都不可能上到电视或电台的。
神曾问我：“在你信心有看见这是我要给你的吗”
我说：“好！等马来西亚开了这个门，我就回来。”
再一次，心里在想 “最好就不要啦……”

[进修是为了装备自己以后在一个神为你预备的领域建立一个平台。在有需要的地方把神的国带下来，并在那领域上发光发热]

朋友曾问说：“那你去到那里进修完了会回来吗？”
我回答：“ 再看吧……”

在大家都为着国家祷告的时候，
到我问神说：“ 为什么我就是没有什么感觉？”
就在那天晚上，神让我亲身经历到灵魂的宝贵。
第一次，我对灵魂发出内心的呐喊。
“快点！！快点进来！！！”
眼看着那些进不到圈圈里的人，
想像如果有我认识的人在那里是一件多么难过得一件事。
我一定原谅不了自己。
我想我永远不会忘记当时的那种感觉。

我感谢神再一次清楚地把我的命定向我展开。
我感谢神再一次把爱灵魂的心放在我里面。

我相信神把我放在这个国家绝对不是一个偶然。
我相信神把我放在媒体这个领域绝对不是一个偶然。
我相信，马来西亚的复兴近了。
因为至少有1200的人为耶稣醒了。

现在的我终于有答案了。
